Nobody likes surprise bills; we want you to feel free to ask questions and get clarifications when necessary without worrying about being billed for it. Fixed pricing also motivates us to make your bookkeeping processes as efficient as possible.
Absolutely not. We offer all of our services on a month-to-month basis. However, in order to offer our valued clients more savings, we do offer our services on an annual billing basis. It's totally up to you!
Prepaying annually saves you 15% off the monthly price. Should you wish to cancel before the end of the one year duration, we will revert the pricing to the regular monthly fee and refund you the balance.
We review each client’s bookkeeping needs annually. If we find that your average monthly transactions have significantly changed since your last review and we’ll notify you one month in advance before adjusting your price.
Nope! You pay the quoted fee each month. All your tech-stack fees are included in your package fee.
Of course! We know how stressful and anxiety inducing it can be to be behind on your books. We can get you caught up in no time.
Catch up projects are billed at a discounted monthly fee of the package you choose. However, complex projects may be billed hourly.
